We process your order on the same day, within 24-72 hours after you place and pay for your order

We fulfil your orders directly from our logistics & fulfillment partners in EU (warehouses in France and Germany)

For large volume orders and depending on specific product categories you are buying we reserve the right to ship from our warehouses in USA. This will not impact your free shipping option.

We are expecting to deliver your order as fast as in 3-5 business days when shipped from EU or 7 - 14 business days if shipped from global warehouses in USA.

For your international orders, you may need to pay for import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Depending on regulations we are trying to minimize those fees to our customers, if possible, by providing optimal, correct, and on-time information to the shippers. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.

DHL Express is typically delivers within 5-7 days, however custom clearance may cause delays. Please contact us directly to enquire.

All global orders have internal tracking that we may or may not share with our customers.

We also obtain insurance for all global orders. If your package is damaged or lost during the transportation, we would be able to recover the loss and reimburse directly to you once the claim is filed and approved by the insurance company. Insurance claims may require some documentation, photos, prove of damage or/and loss so we need our customers to be understanding and to be able provide such documentation if necessary.

In some countries local postal services for security reasons retain packages and require recipients to pick up international orders at their local postal service locations or/and pay local taxes. Please contact your local postal service if your have any questions. Or let us know if you have any issues with the delivery and/ or pick up of your international order.
